ARMA ACE Awards

We had a fabulous evening celebrating the first ever ARMA Ace Awards, and as you are all aware we were lucky enough to be selected as finalists in the Customer Service category.  Although we are not winners this year, we would like to congratulate Rendall and Ritter who successfully topped this category, we will look forward to seeing you all next year.

Team Structure

It is with great pleasure we can announce our new Rynew Service Delivery Team.

We have taken the time to look at our services thoroughly and taken stock of what we need to deliver a first-class customer service experience.  As a result, we now have two highly skilled dedicated property managers, who between them have a wealth of property knowledge and experience.  Each property manager has their own property assistant to help make the day to day running of the business more efficient and streamlined.

 

To add to the team, we are proud to have a fully qualified and experienced Service Charge Accountant to manage our accounts effectively and efficiently and ofcourse our data administrator who has oversight of the whole team and a vast amount of Rynew knowledge.

 

We have grown so much over the past year and are so pleased to be able to share this with you, we are striving to ensure the service we provide you is efficient and to an excellent standard.

Lettings
