				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Its taken what seems like a lifetime (no criticism to our fantastic web developers <a  href="http://www.sotechnology.co.uk/">So Technology</a>) but finally it’s here. If you have ever developed a website you will know its challenging and through the process of coming up with a concept to working out the pathways and communicating this effectively with your developer, it can be dare I say it frustrating.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This was my first attempt at revamping the website since it was built and I have to say I am very pleased with the outcome. What I am learning is that you are never satisfied with your site 100% as you constantly want to change something and I find myself looking for new ways to improve it, but sometimes, you have to sit back, and be pleased with what you have. The main change to the website is the layout as we have tried to make it easier on the eye and user friendly. We feel the new site has a more modern feel and cleaner image, resulting in a far smoother navigation for the user.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Having researched the competition in the property management sector, are objective for leaseholders who live in new builds, that pay service charges, can get information, and contact us with ease, for support.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Also we can now accept payments online so this is the main additional feature, which we hope are customers appreciate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Websites evolve and this is something I have learnt, I would expect at least once/twice a year some changes with on-going changes made more regularly.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We hope you like the new site, and would appreciate any feedback.</p>

Harrison&#8217;s Fund was set up by Alex &amp; Donna smith who&#8217;s son Harrison was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in January 2011.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8220;Since working together to help Images MCL overcome poor management, to promoting and adopting the service now known as the &#8216;Leasehold GURU&#8217; we have quickly formed a formidable partnership&#8221;, says Daren Touhey, Founder of Rynew Property Management.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Although Rynew Property Management have been working closely with Desmond for some time in his role as Resident Director, we soon realised we shared similar ideas about how the industry could offer better services. Desmond has already begun working  on Rynew&#8217;s Social Media Strategy and is now driving business development in new innovative ways.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Daren Touhey says, &#8220;Desmond comes with an extensive background in housing and communications, but more importantly from the generation of young people who have the capacity to embrace new technology, and use it to improve the customer journey. Ideas are often many, but implementation and execution is the challenge all businesses face. Desmond&#8217;s drive and determination is what made us take note of his abilities, but his creative spark and ability to communicate made this partnership develop&#8221;.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Since his appointment, Desmond has decided to step down from the board of Images MCL and help find a suitable replacement. Desmond says, &#8220;As resident director, there is this expectation from residents, and a massive element of trust that others have in you. This was earned through hard work and commitment to change things where we lived for the better. Since joining the staff at Rynew Property, it feels like the rite thing to do, and step down in my role as director of Images MCL, as some may see this is a conflict of interest. I recognise my role as director is to remain impartial, and this may be challenging given my recent appointment. I have already begun the task of finding a suitable candidate who I and the other resident director feel will add value to the board and continue the good work started since June 2011&#8243;.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Desmond says, &#8220;there will be a transition period from stepping down in my role on the board of Images MCL. We are still involved in many issues that are not yet resolved, so walking away may be detrimental to everyone and as I reside on the development, I am still keen to drive improvements. We hope we can make a smooth and timely appointment that ensures members of Images MCL continue to receive the highest care and commitment towards improving the environment and community we all live&#8221;.</p>

Mobile applications are increasingly being seen as a must have for businesses who want to offer there customers the latest technology, with the intention of improving the customer experience, and in return improving customer satisfaction&#8221;.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Will Rynew Property be the first property management company to launch their app in the next few months? We shall see, but certainly, we are leading the charge and hope many more invest in this type of technology which we believe gives customers even more convenience, and offers even more value.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Social media has the changed the way we communicate with each other. It has massively influenced how we market our services, products and how we engage residents.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Rynew Property are developing a social media strategy alongside Matt Hodkinson who is a social media Expert and pioneer in his field. Matt is Founder and Chief Listening Officer at Influence Agents – a Social Media Monitoring &amp; Research Agency, helping clients to gauge and protect there brand reputation online. His philosophy is “Two ears, one mouth, for the digital generation”…believing business owners can profit from Social Media by listening more intently.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Desmond Moreira one of the resident directors at Images launched a new service in November 2011 called &#8216;the leasehold GURU&#8217;, which was targeting homeowners who have purchased a new build apartment. As a homeowner, he experienced first hand poor property management, and since then took over his development and changed managing agents. He was getting many enquiries from friends, and friends of friends, to help them with similar problems, so decided to set up a service, which he believed was unique. Having researched all the different types of services available online, most offer advice, with little support. He received so many enquiries along with several job offers from managing agents, we have since adopted the service under Rynew Property and now offer even more value. Rynew Property have developed the service under Desmond&#8217;s watchful eye and since partnered with Solictors who offer free advice and support to residents and where possible take some developments through a process of Right to Manage.</p>
